Article 1: Account and Information Security
1.1. You should set the login password of PaySpeed account and PaySpeed payment password by yourself and keep them properly. You agree that:

If the platform needs you to provide any additional identity information or relevant materials due to the requirements of national laws and regulations, departmental rules or regulatory authorities, if you cannot provide it in time, the platform has the right to suspend or terminate the provision of some or all of the services to you.
1.1.2. The name or nickname you set in your PaySpeed account must comply with laws and regulations, process good customs and social ethics, and will not violate on the legitimate rights and interests of other third parties. Otherwise, the platform has the right to take restrictive measures against your account, including stopping providing some or all services.
1.2. you shall keep the following information, data and hardware equipment properly:
1) Bank card and its password, validity and other card information;
2) PaySpeed account and its login password;
3) PaySpeed payment password and gesture password;
4) Mobile terminals such as mobile phones and SIM card information;
5) Biometric information such as fingerprint information, iris information, face information and voiceprint information.
You should properly keep the above data, information and hardware equipment, and ensure that your mobile phone and other mobile terminal equipment operate and use in a safe, virus-free, intrusion free, monitored and illegally controlled environment. If you disclose any of the above information or lose the above hardware equipment, the resulting risks and losses shall be responsible by yourself.

Article 3: The Use of the Service
3.1. The payment instructions issued by your PaySpeed account in the login status are regarded as your own payment instructions. Once issued, the payment instructions will become effective and irrevocable. You shall properly keep your mobile phone and other electronic equipment, payment password, SMS verification code, digital certificate, bar code, QR code and other information and materials used for irrevocable payment. You shall bear the losses caused by your disclosure, loss, reproduction and transfer of the above information and materials.
3.2. When you use the platform during the service period, the platform is not responsible for currency depreciation, exchange rate loss, interest loss and other risks of the payment for you, and the platform is not required to pay you any interest on such payment.
3.3. When you use this service, if you fail to comply with laws and regulations, this agreement and relevant operation tips and business rules, the resulting risks and losses shall be borne by yourself, and the platform will not responsible any risks and losses to you.
Article 4: Scope and Limitation of Liability
4.1. The platform is only responsible for the obligations listed in this agreement, and the scope of responsibility is only limited to the economic losses you actually suffer.
4.2. The payment service is provided under the existing technical level. The platform will try its best to provide services for you, but it cannot guarantee that the service fully meets your expectations.
Article 5: Force Majeure and Exemption
5.1. In the process of using this service, force majeure and other risk factors may be encountered, resulting in the interruption of the service. Force majeure refers to unforeseeable, insurmountable, unavoidable and objective events that have a significant impact on one or both parties, including but not limited to natural disasters such as flood, earthquake, plague and storm, as well as social events such as war, unrest and government actions. In case of the above situation, the platform will strive to cooperate with relevant units for timely repair at the first time, but the platform will be exempted from liability for the losses caused to you to the extent permitted by law.
5.2. To the extent permitted by law, the platform shall not be liable for service interruption or obstruction caused by the following circumstances:
1) Damaged by computer viruses, Trojans or other malicious programs and hackers;
2) The computer software, system, hardware and communication line of you or this platform are faulty;
3) Your improper operation;
4) You use the service in a way not authorized by the platform;
5) Failure of banking system or banking network;
